Robert represents healthcare owners and operators in a wide array of matters including compliance, M&A transactions and litigation before Federal, state and administrative tribunals. In his role as trusted advisor, Robert often acts as an outside general counsel to his clients helping them meet business and legal challenges on a host of issues both large and small. Clients rely on Robert to provide them with practical and cost-effective strategies because he both understands his clients' business operations and that the best legal advice can and should create new opportunities for growth. Some of Robert's recent representations include: Litigating intra-family dispute concerning ownership of chain of healthcare facilities in both state and admininstrative courts; Acting as outside General Counsel to start-up providing intake services to Article 28 facilities; Directing M&A transactions for national child-care services client; Advising healthcare clients on host of legal issues involved in accessing the Employee Retention Credit; Negotiating agreements for SNF client looking to exit TPA agreement; Coordinating litigation of vendor disputes for SNF client; and Guiding healthcare client with negotiating and responding to Federal subpoenas and/or requests for information.
