Glenn D. Burlingame Joins
Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP as a Partner
Glenn D. Burlingame, who specializes in corporate and securities matters, has joined the Manhattan-based law firm of Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP as a partner. He will practice in the firm’s Transactional Banking, Corporate and Real Estate groups. He formerly was a partner at Dreier, LLP.
Burlingame has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, joint ventures, business formations and bank financings. Throughout his career he has been involved in numerous public offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, debt offerings, PIPEs, and registered direct offerings. A significant portion of his practice involves counseling issuers regarding ’34 Act compliance and corporate governance matters, including the fiduciary duties of board members, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and executive compensation issues.
He is a member of the Business Law Section of the New York State and American Bar Associations. Burlingame graduated summa cum laude in 1982 from Houghton College and received his J.D. degree in 1991 from New York University School of Law.
