and business financing, real estate, estate, and trusts law.
ZEK maintains offices at 35 Mason Street, in the heart of downtown
Greenwich. ZEK represents corporate and financial clients from
major institutions to medium-sized and smaller private corporations,
as well as individuals.
The usual types of legal matters handled by ZEK for corporate
clients are in the substantive areas of contracts, real and
personal property financing, loan transactions, creditors' rights
issues, foreclosures, workouts and restructures. The goal in
these areas is to work with the principal on a project-oriented
basis; in addition, the Firm provides general operating advice
on a day to day basis to a number of financial services and
corporate entities.
The usual types of legal matters handled by the Firm for individual
clients are in the substantive areas of wills, trusts, durable
powers of attorney, and health care proxies, and real estate
transactions. The goal in these areas is to provide to individual
clients, and their families, the comfort of well-executed estate
planning. |
