| Greg M. Bernhard is an associate
in the litigation group in ZEK's New York office. Prior to joining
ZEK, Greg was a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Westchester
County District Attorney's Office where he served in the Career
Criminal Bureau, the Major Case Bureau and the Organized Crime
and Criminal Enterprise Bureau. Greg prosecuted numerous felony
trials and investigated and successfully prosecuted organized
crime figures, carting companies and pedophiles. He received
an award from The United States Attorney's Office, District
of New Jersey, for his role in the successful prosecution of
a group of pedophiles operating in Westchester, the Bronx and
New Jersey. Greg is happily married,
a devoted father to his two daughters and is involved in their
activities including ballet, Girl Scouts, swimming and even
colonial re-enactments. Greg is also active in his local house
of worship.
