Brigitte M. Nahas Botta is an associate in the litigation group in ZEK’s New York office.

Prior to joining ZEK, Brigitte was an associate at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass, where she concentrated on insurance defense and reinsurance cases. Brigitte co-authored an article with Lawrence S. Greengrass entitled “Do Arbitrators Have the Power to Impose Confidentiality,” which was presented at the ARIAS-U.S. Fall 2003 Conference and later published in the ARIAS-U.S. Quarterly (1st Quarter 2004).

In law school, Brigitte was Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Women’s Law Journal. She was also a judicial intern to United States Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck. Brigitte also participated in the Cardozo Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, an elder law clinic.
