William L. Brewer specializes in all aspects of finance. In addition to representing buyers and sellers of business properties, he has represented various institutional lenders in asset based, real estate and other finance matters. Bill is also well versed in loan restructuring (included related litigation) and leasing matters. He began his career at Day Berry & Howard (now Day Pitney) and also served as in-house counsel at CB Richard Ellis.

While attending Quinnipiac University School of Law, Bill was an Associate Editor of the law review. Outside of the office, Bill spends time with his wife and daughters, and is an avid follower of the Mets and Knicks.
