Glenn Burlingame is a partner in ZEK’s corporate group. Glenn has extensive experience in securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, joint ventures, business formations and bank financings.

In his securities practice, Glenn represents public companies, shareholders of public companies and privately-held companies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in an assortment of public offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity and debt offerings, PIPEs, and registered direct offerings. A significant portion of Glenn’s practice involves counseling issuers in connection with 34 Act compliance and corporate governance matters, including the fiduciary duties of board members, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and executive compensation issues.

Glenn has served as counsel to companies and individuals in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, e-commerce, media, entertainment, software and financial services.

Outside of the office, Glenn enjoys sailing, running and golf.
