BJ Finneran is Of Counsel in the litigation group of ZEK’s New York office. His practice focuses primarily on representing financial and lending institutions in contractual and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining ZEK, BJ was a Managing Attorney with the Trial Division of Nationwide Insurance where he successfully litigated matters involving toxic torts, labor law violations and commercial premises liability involving catastrophic injury and damage claims. BJ was also an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County where he prosecuted an assortment of violent felony offenders and lectured police recruits on proper search and seizure procedures.
