Benjamin H. Green is a partner in ZEK’s litigation department. Ben has extensive experience in civil litigation, with a concentration on complex commercial, securities, intellectual property, employee relations and ERISA matters. In addition, as a former prosecutor, he has substantial experience representing clients in white-collar criminal matters, government investigations and conducting internal investigations.
Ben has represented a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startup ventures, including foreign and domestic financial institutions, financial service companies, technology companies, manufacturers, telecommunications providers, distribution and logistics companies and individuals. He represents clients in state and federal trials and appeals, arbitrations and government regulatory proceedings throughout the country. Ben has been selected as a Connecticut Super Lawyer for 2006, 2008 and 2009.
Prior to joining ZEK, Ben was a founding partner of the Stamford office of a prominent national law firm. Before that he was a litigation partner at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner and Kelley Drye & Warren. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County.
