Rosh H. Jaffe is an associate in the firm’s transactional practice group where he focuses on real estate, banking and finance, and general corporate matters. Rosh mainly represents lenders in real estate financing and asset-based loan transactions.

Before his affiliation with ZEK, Rosh was an associate with a real estate boutique where he was involved in a wide range of matters, involving commercial and residential real estate transactions. Rosh also counseled clients both in the United States and abroad in connection with a variety of maritime related transactions, including the purchase, financing and registration of shipping vessels and oil tankers.

During law school, Rosh interned with the New Jersey Devils, the New Jersey Nets and World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

Outside of the office, Rosh has a passion for ice hockey, carpentry and working on cars.
