The focus of Bill's practice is counseling business clients at those junctures at which they undertake significant growth and similar forward-looking activities. He represents corporations, limited liability companies other business entities as well as individual investors in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, asset and equity sales and divestitures, securities matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the placement of private equity, partnering and similar joint venture arrangements, and institutional borrowing.

Prior to joining ZEK, Bill was a founding member of Milman Stone Poltarak and Finell.
