Philip S. Rosen is Of Counsel in ZEK's New Jersey office. He joined the firm in 1995 and was named Of Counsel in 2002. His practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial, bank and employment litigation, commercial law and real estate transactions.

Phil has represented multinational corporations in litigation involving international trade debt, fraud and RICO claims. He has defended institutional clients in actions involving discrimination, Title VII and various other civil rights claims. Phil also serves as outside general counsel to several corporations in the New York metropolitan area.

Phil recently represented a commercial lender in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and obtained a ruling with wide ranging ramifications providing for enforcement, in New Jersey, of prepayment clauses in commercial loan instruments. Some of Phil's published decisions include:
