Sandra F. Rosenband is an associate in the firm's transactional group where she concentrates on banking, real estate financing and general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Sandra was an associate at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC where she was involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and intellectual property matters. Before that, Sandra was an associate in the finance group in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Sandra attended the University of Michigan and the George Washington University School of Law, from which she graduated with honors.

Outside the office, Sandra enjoys playing tennis and honing her French language skills.
