Jantra Van
Roy is a Partner at ZEK. She joined the firm in 1993 and was
elected a Partner in 2003. She has extensive experience in
the enforcement of creditors' rights and the representation
of institutions in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, commercial
litigation and real estate matters, and regularly appears
on behalf of national, state and overseas banks in such matters.
Jantra also represents institutions in the defense of wrongful
employment discrimination claims and advises clients on employment
issues.
As a result
of her bankruptcy law expertise, Jantra was one of only two
attorneys to serve on the American Bankruptcy Institute panel
which delivered lectures to Supreme Court and other judges
in Thailand, and assisted the Royal Thai Ministry of Justice
in drafting Thailand's new Bankruptcy Code.
