Daniel P. Rubel is an attorney in the litigation group in ZEK's New York office. Daniel has experience representing and advising businesses, including large institutional clients, in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters involving banking, real estate, corporate, employment and labor relations, constitutional and insurance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a litigation associate at a prominent New York law firm. Following graduation from law school, Daniel was a Court Attorney for the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
