Nathan Schwed is a partner in the Corporate/Business Litigation department of ZEK. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, debtor/creditor issues, bankruptcy litigation and commercial litigation. Nathan has extensive experience in the representation of institutions in the fields of creditors' rights and loan workouts.

Nathan received his J.D. from Hofstra Law School where he was an Associate Editor on the Law Review. Following law school, he served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joel Lewittes, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York. Nathan has lectured to a wide variety of audiences on bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues.
