Tracee is Of Counsel in ZEK’s litigation group where she specializes in representing clients in complex commercial matters and class action litigation.

Prior to joining ZEK, Tracee was the Principal Court Attorney to Justice Charles Edward Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division in Manhattan. During her five years as Principal Court Attorney, she assisted in managing the disposition of more than 400 complex commercial cases. She also was an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School. Before, that, Tracee served as a Senior Court Attorney in the Law Department of the New York State Supreme Court, in New York County.

Among her many notable accomplishments as a litigator at ZEK, Tracee has successfully defended financial institutions in a variety of consumer financing class actions alleging TILA, RESPA and New York GBL fraud violations. She also successfully defended a prominent real estate brokerage client in an assortment of actions involving claims of commercial tort, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Tracee has lectured at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York County Lawyers' Association and presented CLE programs on topics involving complex commercial litigation. In addition, she was appointed Director of the Independent Judicial Screening Panel by the New York County Democratic Party (Civil Court 2004) and, more recently, to the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Wrongful Convictions.

Tracee also serves on the Board of Literacy, Inc. (LINC), a non-profit organization that coordinates community sponsorship and involvement in early literacy programs.
