with particular expertise in the apparel, printing and automotive

ZEK is experienced in all forms of financing, ranging from
venture capital to bank loans, including mezzanine financing,
public offerings and private placements, leveraged buyouts,
project and structured finance and recapitalizations. We have
represented issuers and investors. Our experience in many
industries, and other clients with different perspectives,
facilitates the financing process and helps us to bridge gaps
and achieve results.
We have represented domestic and foreign entities in regulating
and structuring a wide variety of financial and strategic
M&A transactions. Our firm brings to the table not only legal
experience but also insight into what the other parties to
a transaction may require to conclude merger and acquisition
deals. Our focus is on getting the deal done for our client
by creatively overcoming obstacles rather than creating them.

particularly in regard to public sales of debt or equity securities.

Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment
Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act and the Trust Indenture
Act, as well as issues under various state laws and the rules
of securities exchanges and self-regulating organizations.
