Syndicated Lending

The Firm regularly represents major domestic and foreign banks acting as participants in syndicated loan transactions. In such cases, we assist or replace in-house counsel in reviewing the loan documentation. Occasionally, we act as agent's counsel. For such deals, the Firm works closely with the agent in structuring, documenting and implementing the transaction, which may be secured or unsecured and may involve letter of credit sub-facilities, swing-lines, and multi-currency tranches as well as various pricing options.
