Abby Lipnick is an associate in ZEK’s real estate group. Her practice focuses on asset-based lending and real estate financing. Abby graduated from Swarthmore College in 2014 with a BA in History and earned her J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 2019. At UC Hastings, Abby participated in the Medical Legal Partnership for Seniors clinic, in which she drafted advanced care planning documents for senior patients out of UCSF Hospital. She also served as Research Assistant to a professor of Administrative and Labor Law, producing an Independent Study on the legislative push towards deregulation of the American trucking industry in the 70s. Prior to joining ZEK, Abby worked in Compliance at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, an organization that promotes job growth, sustainability, and real estate projects throughout New York City. Outside of the office, Abby enjoys practicing yoga and brushing up on her French.
