Bethany Tolentino is an associate in the Firm's transactional banking, corporate and real estate group. Bethany represents lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial loans, and her practice focuses on acquisitions and bank financing secured by real estate and other assets. Prior to joining the firm, Bethany primarily represented borrowers in complex finance transactions, including transactions with healthcare clients, HUD-insured loans and financings with Israeli bond funds. Bethany started her legal career doing public interest work centered on economic development. Bethany has a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in political science with a concentration in international relations. Bethany is proficient in Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese. Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys being outdoors, meditating and finding the best places to eat.
