David is an Associate in ZEK’s transactional banking, corporate and real estate group. His work focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, remedial matters and loan sales. Prior to joining ZEK, David was an associate at a boutique law firm specializing in real estate and corporate transactions, where he represented borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions and advised clients on real estate acquisitions and joint ventures. David earned his B.A. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, and following the Toronto Maple Leafs.
