Michael is a partner in ZEK’s corporate and transactional group and is experienced in a wide range of corporate and financial transactions. Prior to joining ZEK, he was a partner at a prominent New York law firm, as well as in-house counsel to an on-line data provider to the commercial real estate industry, a partner in a Tel Aviv law firm and in-house counsel to a leading international aerospace and defense company. Michael has extensive experience in a wide range of areas including secured and unsecured financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, technology licensing and development, software licensing, product sales and distribution agreements, manufacturing and sales agreements, equipment purchase and sales agreements, strategic teaming and cooperation agreements and general corporate representation. In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing sports of all kinds and in particular pretending that he can still beat his sons in basketball.
