Griver, Garrie, and Park publish article on Social Media and e-Discovery

Yoav M. Griver, Daniel B. Garrie, and Anna S. Park have published an article on “Social Media and Electronic Discovery” in the October 2013 issue of New Jersey Lawyer Magazine. In the article, the authors explore some of the most pressing discoverability and collectability issues attorneys confront when trying to obtain evidence from social media sites such as Facebook.

Yoav M. Griver is a partner in ZEK’s New York Office, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes. He is c0-author of the legal treatise, “E-Discovery and Dispute Resolution,” published by Thomson Reuters Westlaw.

Daniel B. Garrie is Special Counsel in ZEK’s New York Office, where he concentrates his practice on e-discovery, forensic, and cyber-security issue. He is co-author of the legal treatise, “E-Discovery and Dispute Resolution,” published by Thomson Reuters Westlaw.

Anna S. Park is an associate in ZEK’s New York Office, where she concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and banking. She has co-chaired the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Women in the Law since 2011.
