On June 23, 2015, beginning at 2 p.m. EST, ZEK’s Mark Zeichner and Daniel Garrie will be presenting a one-hour webinar entitled Managing Cyber Security Issues Surrounding Check and Wire Fraud, through West LegalEdCenter. For attorneys, one hour of CLE credit will be available in most states.

Mark Zeichner is a founding partner of ZEK, the senior partner of the Firm, and a banking law expert. Mark is a recognized expert in the field of commercial banking operations, regulation and litigation, developing a reputation among in-house bank counsel and senior bankers as the “go to” attorney for both legal and practical problem solving advice. A prolific author in the computer/legal fields, Dan serves as the Editor in Chief of The Journal of Cyber Warfare. He has recently completed a software guide for United States District and Appellate Judges, and is the co-author of Plugged In: Guidebook to Software and the Law.
