November 8, 2014 — Daniel Garrie to Speak at Annual Meeting of College of Commercial Arbitrators
On Saturday, November 8, 2014, ZEK Special Counsel Daniel Garrie will be speaking at the 14th Annual Meeting of the College of Commercial Arbitrators on the topic of “Avoiding the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea: Navigating e-Discovery to Achieve Fairness, Proportionality, and Efficiency.” Daniel will be providing attendees with a toolkit to help demystify the management of eDiscovery issues, and make discovery of electronically-stored information (ESI) fair and efficient. He will also cover the new proposed Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the various arbitral institutions’ rules and protocols for e-discovery.
