Yoav M. Griver Presents on International E-Discovery
On August 8, 2013, Yoav M. Griver lectured on International E-Discovery to a national audience as part of a lecture series offered by the Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP). Yoav’s lecture examined the unique discovery and privacy issues facing businesses and attorneys in various countries throughout the world, and provided practitioner tips and suggested best practices for those businesses and attorneys involved in international litigation or arbitration.
Mr. Griver handles a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including high-stakes litigation, class action defense, and insurance-related litigation for ZEK’s large financial institutional and other business clients. Mr. Griver is a pioneer in the offensive and defensive use of e-discovery, and frequently lectures and writes on e-discovery, cybersecurity, and risk management issues. He is the co-author of the multi-year treatise, Dispute Resolution and e-Discovery, published by ThomsonReutersWestlaw.
