ZEK’s David Hamilton on “Ethical Lawyering in a Digital Age”
On April 18, 2015, David S.S. Hamilton spoke at MetroLALSA’s 5th Annual Pa’lante Conference, held at Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Hamilton participated in a panel discussion on Ethical Lawyering in a Digital Age, discussing an attorney’s ethical obligation to keep abreast with new technology, e-discovery requirements under recent Federal and State case law, and ethical/legal issues pertaining to social media.

Mr. Hamilton is a technology/cyber law and litigation attorney in the New York office of Zeichner Ellman & Krause LLP; a member of the Committee on Social Media of the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section; and a Director of the Irish American New York Bar Association.
