ZEK's Tracee E. Davis to Speak on Recent Developments in Class Action Litigation
On June 7, 2016, ZEK’s Tracee E. Davis will speak at the New York City Bar Association regarding Class Action Litigation. Ms. Davis and other panel members will discuss recent, significant developments impacting New York class action litigation, including the impact of mandatory arbitration provisions, class action waivers in consumer contracts, and settlement offers and their impact on class action claims.

Ms. Davis is Of Counsel in ZEK’s New York office. She has extensive experience successfully representing companies and financial institutions in consumer class action defense litigation in New York federal and state courts. She is a member of the Chief Judge’s statewide Commercial Division Advisory Council and lectures extensively on New York commercial trial practice. Prior to private practice, Ms. Davis served as the Principal Court Attorney to Justice Charles Edward Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division in Manhattan.
